The Faculty of Biotechnology and Standardization trains bachelors in the following specializations:

36.03.02 Zootechnics (qualification — bachelor, profile — Technology of production of livestock products).

35.03.07 Technology of production and processing of agricultural products (qualification — bachelor, profile — Storage and processing of agricultural products).

48 faculty members work at 10 departments of the Faculty, of which 46 have academic degrees, including 13 Doctors of Sciences, 9 professors, 33 Candidates of Science.

The students are trained in accordance with the current federal state educational standards for higher education. As a base for passing industrial and pre-diploma practices, students use advanced enterprises of the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Tatarstan and other subjects of the Russian Federation.

The Faculty trains about 300 students (furthermore, from 15 countries of the near and far abroad. The students of the faculty take an active part in the physical culture, health and cultural events of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Russian Federation.
