In the Academy, the correspondence form of training of students has been functioning since 1958.

Currently, the Faculty trains about 500 students in 5 specialities:

«Veterinary» — specialist, training period 5.5 years;

«Zootechny» — bachelor (5 years);

«Technology of Production and Processing of Agricultural Products» — bachelor (5 years);

«Veterinary and Sanitary Expertise» — bachelor (5 years);

«Standardization and Metrology» — bachelor (5 years).

At the faculty, 105 persons are admitted annually on the basis of budgetary financing; on the conditions of full reimbursement of training costs (commercial form) the number of places is unlimited.

The Center for the Promotion of Temporary Employment of Students and the Employment of Graduates was established at the FSBEI HE “Kazan State Academy of Veterinary Medicine named after N.E. Bauman”.

The Head of the Center for Continuing Education and Promotion of Employment, Dean of Additional Professional and Correspondence Education, Doctor of Veterinary Sciences, Professor Orazali T.Mullakaev.

The Head of the «Center» is the Head of the Production Practice, Damir D. Khairullin.

With the state support of the Government of the Republic of Tatrstan and the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, many graduates of the Academy after graduating from the university are employed in the agro-industrial complex.
